Almaden Reservoir Reclaimed Cedar
The Almaden Reservoir, one Santa Clara county’s six original reservoirs, was built in 1935. Still in use, The Lumber Baron is proud to announce the reclamation of over 15,000 board feet of 2×4 and 2×8 and 6×6 lumber from the recent seismic project conducted there. The cedar served as the structural members that held up the rafters and metal roofing.
Perfectly antiqued, we have thousands of board feet of this beautiful reclaimed cedar. Amongst others, installed applications can be found at Tiger Lilly’s restaurant in Berkeley and the new Bear Republic Brewpub in Rohnert Park.
